Coffee


Djimma

Djimmah is grown in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. The coffee has a hint of nut toned flavor and a pleasant aftertaste. A natural or sun-dried coffee; with fair light medium acidity, good heavy body, fair average quality; hard balanced cup flavor Djimmah is grown in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions of Ethiopia at elevations from 4,400 to 6,000 feet above sea level within the biggest catchment area in Ethiopia.

Limmu

Limmu is a high-quality wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee that exhibits a relatively low acidity yet is somewhat sharp. The brewed cup is distinguished by its well-balanced body (mouthfeel) and noticeable winey and spicy flavors, often fruit-toned, pleasantly sweet, and vibrant with floral overtones. Limmu’s coffee has a Spicy and Winey flavor and attracts many roasters, especially from Europe and USA. Has a good sharp acidity and body. Limmu is one of the premium coffees, medium-sized bean and greenish-bluish in color mostly round in shape.

Lekempte

Lekempti, also known as Nekempti, is a region located within the state of Wellega, a state that is in the highland area in the Southwestern part of Ethiopia. Medium-to-bold bean size is known for its fruity taste has greenish-brownish in color with good acidity and body, many roasters put its flavor in their blends, but it can also be sold as an original gourmet or special original flavor.

Sidamo

Sidamo is one of the most prolific growing regions in Ethiopia, putting out large volumes of consistently great coffee each year. It grows at an elevation of 1400 to 2200 meters above sea level on the slopes of the mountain shoulders of the Rift valley. Medium-sized bean, greenish-greyish in color. Due to its balanced taste and good flavor called Sweet coffee, which has fine acidity and a good body, is always blended for gourmet or specialty coffee.

Yirgacheffee

Yirgacheffe is grown in southern Ethiopia, an exotic coffee region known for fine coffees. These elevations qualify Yirgacheffes as Strictly High Grown (SHG) / Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) coffees It grows at an elevation of 1500 to 2200 meters above sea level in southern Ethiopia. Internationally Known and recognized as Yirgacheffe Brand Name. Grown coffee has an intense flavor known as flora. Has fine acidity and a rich body. Many rosters are attracted to its fine and flavor and are willing to pay a premium price for it.

Gujii

The Guji region of southern Ethiopia is a remote place, beautifully forested, and – in many ways – an untouched area of the country. Guji coffees offer a complex, yet balanced, cup profile that does well in both filter and espresso. Certification options are plentiful, as well as processing techniques. Historically, Guji has always offered washed and natural exclusively.

Oil Seeds



Sesame

Sesame is one of the major commercial grain crops agricultural products of Ethiopia. It is one of the oil seeds, the country has been producing in the Northern parts of Ethiopia mainly in Tigray and Amhara regions mainly Gondar area.

Niger seeds

Niger is a significant source of edible oil in Ethiopia and contributes to about 50% of the nation's oil seed production. 40% of the oil in Ethiopian niger seeds is present. 
Niger seed oil can be used to treat asthma and enhance other lung functions such as wheezing and coughing. Along with improving skin and hair conditions, it supports heart health and sleep. It quickens the healing process and reduces inflammation.

Lin seed

Linseed is one of the most important oil crops in Ethiopia and it is considered the least expensive source of oil for the farmers in many highlands of the country.

Pea nuts

Ethiopian groundnuts, also known as peanuts (Arachis hypogea L.), are crucial for the nation's food security. The legume-cum-nut is also the sixth-largest oilseed in the world. With a high protein concentration of up to 28%, it produces about 50% of the oil per seed.

Soya bean

Soybeans are rich in copper and iron. Both are essential for red blood cell formation. Increased red blood cell production increases oxygen to the cells and improves metabolic activity.

Green Mung bean

Green mung beans are Easily digestible, Anti-inflammatory (can reduce inflammation), Contain oligosaccharides to prevent gas and bloating, unlike other beans, and Contain high amounts of fiber, thereby preventing constipation.
